El funk corre por las venas de este grupo británico capitaneado por el jamaicano Ricky Bailey. Conocedor de la fuerza que por aquellos años -mediados de los 70- tenía el sonido funk, logró a traves de Delegation dar mayor riqueza al estilo. Un toque de elegancia, buenos acordes vocales y un ritmo de baile que te impedía permanecer inmóvil escuchándoles. Buena prueba de ello es este clásico de su disco debut titulado "Where Is The Love". Como me encanta esta canción. El album del que se extrae este single se llama "The promise of love" y está pero que muy bien, lo encontré de potra en una tienda de discos que estaba liquidando los discos de vinilo.
