Deniece Williams: Free

Deniece Williams comenzó como vocalista junto a otras portentosas de la voz, como Minnie Ripperton o Syreeta Wright, en el grupo vocal que acompañaba a Stevie Wonder llamado Wonderlove. Fuertemente influenciada por Stevie y otras divas de la época como Aretha Franklin y Diana Ross, sus temas estaban cargados de baladas soul y de un RnB de calidad donde daba rienda suelta a su dulce y educada voz. Era su seña de identidad en esos primeros discos que publicó en solitario a mediados de los 70, con temas como "Free", toda una delicia poder disfrutar de su presencia y de su voz.
